GENERATION GAP

        Do you all know that we all kind of our generation? So, this week's theme , which is about GENERATION GAP .Okay, before that you all need to share this blog to everyone so let's they will know too. Actually, we all from generation Z as generation of people born in the late 1990 s and early 2009 s, starting with a recorded rise in birth rates, and fitting their newer definition of a generational span with a maximum of 15 years. Right, if you all want to know more please read this our opinion because its all about ours generation full of modern technology.

       

        Most members of Generation Z are the children of Generation Z and sometimes Millennial. Most members of Generation Z have used digital technology since a young age and are comfortable with the Internet and social media, but are not necessarily digitally literate. Generation Z tends to be abstemious and risk-averse compared to Millennial and has a tendency to be more flexible in workplaces. However, even though it has lower rates of teenage pregnancies and alcohol and drug consumption compared to previous generations, the generation has also been characterized in the media as anxious and depressed. Some commentators attribute these effects to the generation having grown up in a time of social media, smartphones, the COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing recession.  

       How do we recognize a Generation Z group? Anyway, characteristic features that can be seen to recognize a particular generation Generation Z is a generation whose habit is now at an early age teenagers and even some are just beginning to start the world of study at higher education. They are different from previous generations various angles. This generation is still in the evolutionary stage and in phase some things in life. According to studies, this generation can be a set of active users. They were born during power growing users. Therefore, it is certainly fun get access to almost all the latest gadgets such as communication tools, Internet mobile phones, and more. This group is also used by the digital generation. They grew up in that world equally and they believe men and women have equal rights. 

       Generation Z is in cyberspace and they can connect and get anywhere via the internet. They are a bit weak from the corner expression, verbal communication, confidence and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, they are also lacks listening and entertaining skills with good. This may cause problems for them when they are married and started a family institution. Education and work play minimal role in their lives and they do not see education as a way of life. They are more concerned with knowledge about technology. Born during the digital age, of course they are more able adapting to technology compared to other generations.

        What's more, Generation Z is the new generation that will lead and lead one country then. Thus, the issue of differences in values, views and perspectives between generations can be overcome communication two generations can be managed with good. Meanwhile, the younger generation must also be listeners kind and proactive in acquiring knowledge from the experiences of others and being able to process time in ways and means and precisely. This generation gap can actually be close every time we have high tendency to learn and reflect on knowledge, values ​​and other people’s experiences and being able to connect and integrate with modern needs.

        In general, the people you most admire and look up to have an inordinate amount of influence on how you think and feed about yourself, and the kind of decisions you make. Based on what I know, humans have a thing called a learning bias. No matter how wise a saying is, we are much more apt to accept it as true if we trust the source. Not only that, but we're fascinated by ultimate truths that spur us into action.Nobody is perfect. Nobody knows everything. And nobody possesses the perfect blueprint. We all stumble around from time to time.So pick up the courage to get started. Many people say our generation is miserable so let's prove that statement is wrong and keep moving forward.
